The room was equipped with a kettle, tea, coffee, cups, mini fridge, and a small table with comfy chairs aside from the regular furniture. There was plenty of space for storage and moving around. We also had working AC which was handy in the warmth of the outside. I loved the electronic indicator for "please clean my room/do not disturb" and a doorbell. Polite cleaning crew rang and made sure they weren't disturbing us. The staff was helpful, polite and very friendly.

Very welcoming, polite and warm hotel staff. Clean rooms and spaces Were able to fulfill all of out request in a very timely manner. Ideal location for a leisure stay in Istanbul. No noise heard at all during the night

Location is good. Was able to get around by foot. We went out for our meals, so not sure about the food service. There were some nearby restaurants. The staff was helpful in getting us a taxi to the airport.

The property was very clean, cozy, very nice location and comfortable. The staff were great, very polite and helpful. Specially Omar, Sibil, and Sinan. Omar was great. For sure I will stay there again

Good place, very close to few shopping streets. The view from our room on the the top floor was fabulous. Staff was polite and friendly. The bed was comfortable, bathroom renovated and clean.
